Avacyn Restored... Literally

I obtained a beat up Avacyn and Restored it.  Now the question is what do I do with her.  Back and front of the card are completely restored.  It was white-edged and covered in dirt.  I gently cleaned and painted it.  I used putty on the corner and now it's back to the way it was, but with extended art!
